Welcome to BONNEE. By downloading the BONNEE app, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
BONNEE exists to facilitate clothing swaps between users and build a community rooted in trust, sustainability, and style.
1. Overview of the Service
BONNEE is a peer-to-peer platform that enables users to exchange clothing and accessories using a Swap Coin-based system.
BONNEE facilitates swaps but is not a party to transactions between users.
2. Definitions
Swapper: A user who lists and sends an item.
Swiper: A user who selects and receives an item.
BONNEE Swap Coin: A platform unit earned by listing an item. BONNEE Swap Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use BONNEE. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
4. User Accounts
You agree to:
provide accurate information
maintain account security
notify BONNEE of unauthorized access
BONNEE reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
5. BONNEE Swap Coins & Platform Currency
One approved listing earns one BONNEE Swap Coin.
BONNEE Swap Coins are non-transferable and have no cash value.
BONNEE Swap Coins may be revoked for fraud, misuse, or policy violations.
BONNEE may modify the Swap Coin system at any time.
6. Swapper Responsibilities
When listing an item, you agree that:
descriptions and photos are accurate
the item is clean and meets guidelines
you legally own the item
the item is authentic and not counterfeit
the item does not infringe intellectual property rights
If an item is misrepresented, BONNEE may reverse Swap Coins, require return shipping, suspend accounts, or remove listings.
7. Swiper Responsibilities
You agree to:
review listings carefully
report issues within 14 days of delivery
provide photo evidence when submitting claims
If a claim is validated, BONNEE Swap Coins and eligible shipping costs may be reimbursed.
8. Shipping & Fulfillment
The swiper selects and pays for shipping.
The swapper must ship within the specified timeframe.
Tracking must be provided where available.
BONNEE is not responsible for carrier delays, damage, or lost packages.
9. Returns & Dispute Resolution Flow
If an item arrives:

damaged beyond disclosed wear
counterfeit or inauthentic
incorrect item received
Dispute Process
Report issue within 14 days of delivery.
Submit photos and description.
BONNEE reviews and determines resolution.
If approved:
item may be returned to swapper, and/or
BONNEE Swap Coins reinstated, and/or
shipping reimbursement issued when applicable.
Failure to return an approved item may result in account penalties.
BONNEE reserves the right to make final determinations on disputes.
10. Counterfeit & Brand Protection Policy
BONNEE prohibits counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized designer items.
Users agree:
items must be authentic
trademarks and logos must not be misrepresented
altered brand labels must be disclosed
BONNEE may:
remove suspected counterfeit items
suspend or terminate accounts
revoke BONNEE Swap Coins
cooperate with brand protection investigations when required by law
Repeat violations may result in permanent removal.
11. BONNEE’s Role & Liability
BONNEE facilitates exchanges but is not responsible for:
item condition
shipping issues
disputes between users
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BONNEE’s liability is limited to the value of BONNEE Swap Coins involved in the transaction.
12. User Conduct & Community Standards
You agree not to:
harass, bully, or threaten users
post illegal or stolen items
upload explicit or hateful content
engage in fraud or scams
impersonate others
violate intellectual property rights
Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal.
13. Safety & Reporting
If you feel unsafe or encounter prohibited content, report it immediately at here4you@bonnee.co.
14. User Content & License
By uploading content, you grant BONNEE a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and promote that content in connection with the platform.
You retain ownership of your content.
15. Privacy & Data
Your use of BONNEE is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may share necessary information between users to complete swaps.
Data deletion requests: myprivacy@bonnee.co.
16. Fees & Payments
Shipping and service fees may apply. BONNEE may change fees at any time with notice.
17. Intellectual Property
All BONNEE branding, technology, and content are owned by BONNEE and may not be used without permission.
18. Termination
BONNEE may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
Users may delete their account at any time.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
BONNEE provides the platform “as is” without warranties of any kind.
20. Limitation of Liability
BONNEE shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
22. Changes to Terms
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
