Drop time is prime time. New-to-you items drop daily at 12 noon EST. Scroll through all of the items on BONNEE and discover styles that match your vibe. Search and filters narrow things down by size, category, or aesthetic so you can find exactly what you’re looking for. Something catches your eye - tap the heart to save it to your wishlist or add it to your swapping cart.

Earn

Post items from your closet to earn coins you’ll use to swap for things you find and love. Your closet is your currency. Every time you list something, it’s approved within 24 hours for the next drop. Items are valued in Swap Coin: Platinum, Gold, or Silver. When the listing is approved, the coin is added directly to your account. You can view your credit count anytime in your profile.

Redeem

Swap  what you’ve got. Use your swap coins to snag something new-to-you from anyone on the app (no direct trades required). Silver swaps with Silver; Gold with Gold; and Platinum with Platinum. You can upgrade your Silver Coin to Gold but only Platinum unlocks Platinum. Simply select your shipping + BONNEE-Backed and you’re covered…Swap Coin redeemed.

Shipped

With coins and shipping processed, the swapper gets the label, boxes up your new item reusing any bag or box, and sends your swap on its way. Swap Coins

Swapping on BONNEE 2.0 runs on Swap Coins — our new way of keeping things fair, fun, and transparent. Every time you post an item and it’s approved for the next drop, you’ll earn a Swap Coin in one of three levels: Silver, Gold, or Platinum. Your coin level is based on what you post — brand + item type — so every swap feels fair, balanced, and just right. Fair value in, fair value out. It’s circular fashion with structure — so everyone swaps confidently. Your coins live in your profile, update automatically, and unlock a world of new-to-you finds.   • If your swap arrives damaged or not-as-described, BONNEE-Backed has you covered. Simply email us (here4you@bonnee.co) with photos and we’ll refund your swap fee and shipping, no stress. Plus, we’ll gently remind the swapper to step up their game.
