We do not tolerate harassment, fraud, or unsafe behavior.

Respect & Safe Interaction

BONNEE is a space for everyone.

The following behavior is not allowed:

  • harassment, bullying, or intimidation

  • hate speech or discrimination

  • threats or abusive language

  • inappropriate or explicit content

We encourage respectful communication and constructive problem-solving.

Honest Listings & Transparency

Trust begins with accuracy.

Members must:

✔ provide truthful descriptions
✔ upload clear, accurate photos
✔ disclose wear, flaws, or alterations
✔ represent brands authentically

Misrepresentation undermines trust and may result in account penalties.

Item Quality & Listing Standards

To maintain a reliable swap experience, items must:

✔ be clean and wearable
✔ meet BONNEE quality guidelines
✔ be free of strong odors or damage beyond normal wear
✔ be packaged carefully for shipping

Listings that do not meet standards may be removed.

Authenticity & Counterfeit Protection

BONNEE prohibits counterfeit or replica items.

Users must ensure:

  • items are authentic

  • brand names and logos are accurately represented

  • altered or replaced labels are disclosed

If a listing is suspected to be counterfeit, BONNEE may:

  • remove the listing

  • revoke BONNEE Swap Coins

  • suspend or terminate accounts

  • investigate repeat violations

Protecting authenticity protects our community.

Fraud Prevention & Fair Use

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • listing counterfeit or stolen items

  • shipping empty or incorrect packages

  • manipulating disputes or claims

  • abusing BONNEE Swap Coins

  • impersonating another user

Accounts engaging in fraudulent activity may be permanently removed.

Shipping & Swap Responsibilities

To ensure smooth swaps:

✔ ship within the required timeframe
✔ provide tracking when available
✔ package items securely
✔ communicate respectfully throughout the swap

BONNEE is not responsible for carrier delays or shipping damage but will assist with dispute resolution when needed.

Disputes & Issue Resolution

If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

You may submit a dispute if:

  • the item is significantly not as described

  • the item arrives damaged beyond disclosed wear

  • the wrong item is received

  • the item appears counterfeit

How to submit a dispute:

  1. Report the issue within 14 days of delivery

  2. Provide photos and a description

  3. BONNEE reviews and determines resolution

Possible outcomes include:

✔ BONNEE Swap Coin reinstatement
✔ return authorization
✔ shipping reimbursement when applicable

BONNEE reserves the right to make final determinations to ensure fairness.

Failure to return an approved item may result in account penalties.

Protecting Privacy & Platform Safety

To keep the community safe:

  • do not share personal information without consent

  • do not pressure users to transact outside the platform

  • report suspicious or unsafe behavior immediately

Reporting Concerns

If you encounter unsafe behavior, suspected fraud, or policy violations:

All reports are reviewed promptly and confidentially.

Consequences of Violations

Violations of BONNEE’s Community & Safety standards may result in:

  • listing removal

  • BONNEE Swap Coin reversal

  • account suspension

  • permanent removal from the platform

These measures help protect the safety and trust of the community.
