BONNEE respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.

Users may not post content or items that infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights.

Copyright & Trademark Infringement

Prohibited content includes:

• unauthorized use of copyrighted images

• misuse of brand trademarks or logos

• listings that misrepresent brand authenticity

Reporting Infringement

If you believe content on BONNEE infringes your intellectual property rights, please submit a notice including:

• your name and contact information

• description of the copyrighted or trademarked work

• link or description of the infringing content

• a statement of good faith belief that use is unauthorized

• a statement that the information provided is accurate

BONNEE Response

Upon receiving a valid notice, BONNEE may:

• remove or disable access to the content

• notify the user who posted it

• suspend repeat offenders

• terminate accounts for repeated violations

Repeat Infringer Policy

Accounts with repeated intellectual property violations may be permanently removed.
