✖  items with stains, holes, or heavy wear
✖ unwashed items or strong odors
✖ counterfeit goods
✖ used undergarments or socks
✖ prohibited or unsafe items

✖ baby clothes and children’s sizes under 4 (kids sizes 4 and up are welcome on BONNEE Kids!)

✔ listing user has 48 hours to accept or decline
✔ if accepted, item must ship within 5 days

If declined or no response:

• your Swap Coin is returned

• fees & shipping are refunded automatically

No value is lost.

✔ swappers have 5 days to ship after approving a transaction
✔ tracking is provided when available
✔ shipping is paid at checkout

BONNEE is not responsible for carrier delays but helps resolve issues when needed.

You may submit a dispute if:

• item not as described

• item damaged beyond disclosed wear

• incorrect item received

• item appears counterfeit
