Upload your item to swap in just a few clicks. Our app uses your photos to draft the item description for you. Add a few missing details (brand, size, condition), edit and submit!

BONNEE reviews & approves items within 24 hours.

2 . Earn That Coin

Approved items earn a Swap Coin.

Silver Coin = everyday basics (ex: Adidas, Zara)

Gold Coin = premium & in-demand items (ex: Aritzia, Reformation)

Platinum Coin = designer & high-value items (ex: Ganni, STAUD)

3 . Swap What You’ve Got

Use your Swap Coins to unlock something new-to-you. When you swap, you’ll just pay for shipping plus a small BONNEE-Backed swap fee that helps keep the community safe and swaps running smoothly.

Redeem your Swap Coins and request items on the app. Swappers have 48 hours to accept your request and 5 days to ship your new-to-you item.

For your safety, all transactions are handled and processed directly within the app. You can track your item, contact Customer Support and rate the transaction too.

  • BONNEE accepts clean, wearable clothing and accessories.

    ✔ clean and odor-free
    ✔ accurately described
    ✔ authentic brands

    Not Accepted

    ✖  items with stains, holes, or heavy wear
    ✖ unwashed items or strong odors
    ✖ counterfeit goods
    ✖ used undergarments or socks
    ✖ prohibited or unsafe items

    ✖ children’s and baby clothes (currently not accepted on BONNEE)

  • ✔ listing user has 48 hours to accept or decline
    ✔ if accepted, item must ship within 5 days

    If declined or no response:

    • your Swap Coin is returned

    • fees & shipping are refunded automatically

    No value is lost.

  • ✔ swappers have 5 days to ship after approving a transaction
    ✔ tracking is provided when available
    ✔ shipping is paid at checkout

    BONNEE is not responsible for carrier delays but helps resolve issues when needed.

  • You may submit a dispute if:

    • item not as described

    • item damaged beyond disclosed wear

    • incorrect item received

    • item appears counterfeit
